I am pleased to announce that in early November Rhoades Building Products completed the purchase of Granville Lumber.

The addition of the Granville Lumber business to Rhoades Building Products in Ellsworth and H.F. Pinkham in Milbridge and Machias means that we now have five locations throughout Washington, Hancock and Penobscot counties.

We are proud of the history of H.F. Pinkham and Granville Lumber. We plan to continue the tradition of both companies by offering exemplary service and careful attention to detail when working with all of our customers. Very few people confront a work day that carries the financial commitment and risk to the degree that our customers do. Every day our contractor customers put their reputations and bank balances on the line. One mistake can cost thousands of dollars. We understand there must be little tolerance for errors, delays, and inefficiencies in our business in order for our customers to prosper.

We are ready to work with you and service your project’s building materials needs. We have 10 boom trucks, an enormous inventory, beautiful showrooms, a great outside sales team, and experienced, professional staff to deliver what you need when and where you need it.
